Our hiring process

We love receiving your applications at Caravelo and try to make the process as simple, fair and personal as possible. We read all applications and get back to all candidates. Whilst the process can vary a little, this is what you can usually expect.

- Informal introductory call (15 mins)
- First stage screening interview (30 mins)
- We’ll ask you to do a short assessment
- Final interview with hiring manager and team (30-45 mins)
