About us

We are a Barcelona based technology company specializing in solutions for the airline industry. We believe in win-win solutions, that benefit both the airlines we partner with and its users (passengers like yourself!). We have 9 packaged solutions that help us achieve this goal, and an example of that is our white label travel concierge (chatbot), that improves the whole customer journey, from the moment you buy a ticket until you’ve made it to your destination.

We've already partnered with airlines from all around the world - like Air Asia X, LATAM, Comair, TAP Air Portugal, Finnair, Flynas and others - with more to come in 2018!

 

The role 

  • Ensuring business continuity through ongoing, client / product reporting
  • Responsible for correct customer payments and settlement
  • Development of internal reporting and self-management analysis tools
  • Help develop new client launch strategies
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis where required for the business / customers
  • Evaluate strategic, complex business opportunities for current and future value
  • Support the commercial and product teams with visual data analysis to facilitate conversations and assist in decision making
  • Make recommendations and help influence strategic direction
  • Ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge they need to meet SLAs, win new business and develop product
 

The successful candidate will have

  • Work Experience: +2 years in a business or data analysis function, ideally attached to sales and marketing / business development / commercial strategy teams
  • Experience in using different tools and techniques to report performance and generate actionable insights with quality intuitive visuals
  • The ability to grasp concepts and interpret information quickly
  • Ability to select and apply the right tools, techniques and experience to report performance and generate actionable insights
  • Confidence in making recommendations on commercial actions
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of data-basing, visualisation tools and modelling
  • Flexibility: working without silo, but often independently and can influence cross-departmentally
  • A can-do attitude: action orientated people only
  • Enthusiasm: wants to deliver more and more and more
  • Attention to detail and priority management
  • Ability to work in  the EU - applications from candidates without this will not be taken into consideration, sorry! :(

A plus but not required

  • Experience of the airline industry (particularly revenue management) 
  • Multiple languages 
  • Broad experience gained internationally and the insights that come with it
  • Basic (or more) programming experience
