We are looking for an Account Manager who is ready to take an already successful career to new levels with an innovative technology provider.

Operating within a constantly evolving and competitive market, you will manage the day-to-day client relationship and drive the product implementation process. You would be working closely with our Commercial Director and insights/analysis teams to establish client deliverables, consistently meet project deadlines and objectives

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain and build on strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Ensuring project implementations are delivered on-budget, on-time, every time
  • Improving account performance through detailed analysis, consultation and client agreed action
  • Long term consultative selling through constant evaluation of existing and new client requirements and matching them with Caravelo capabilities
  • Liaise across team-functions and add inputs based on best practices to RFP’s / commercial proposals and product development

  • Experience: +3 years in a project management / high value account management (5m$) role
  • Ability: to apply tools, techniques and experience to report performance and generate actionable insights
  • Deliver: high value, large scale projects and/or implementations
  • Excellent: verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with staff at all levels, including ‘C’ level leadership and external key decision makers
  • Financial acumen: demonstrable experience in successful commercial negotiation
  • Flexibility: willing to travel and often work remotely / independently
  • A can-do attitude: action orientated people only
  • Tenacity: sees the long term, doesn’t give up
  • Attention: to detail and priority managemen
 

You will impress us if we see

  • Knowledge in Software production and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in the airline/travel industry
  • IT skills that go beyond Microsoft Office Suite
  • Broad experience gained internationally and the insights that come with it
